According to recent reports, Barcelona is considering a move for Manchester City midfielder Ilkay Gundogan during the upcoming summer transfer window. Although Gundogan’s future at City is uncertain, Pep Guardiola has stated that the player is fully focused on the present and that whatever happens in the future, Gundogan deserves the best. The 30-year-old German international has been a key player for City this season, contributing with 12 goals and 3 assists in the Premier League alone. It remains to be seen if Barcelona will be able to lure Gundogan away from the Etihad Stadium, but the potential transfer is definitely something to keep an eye on in the coming months
