Premier League club Chelsea are reportedly in concrete talks with former player Frank Lampard to take on the role of caretaker manager until the end of the current season. While negotiations with Julian Nagelsmann and Luis Enrique continue as long-term options, Lampard’s agents are already discussing terms with the club. Lampard, who is said to be keen on the job, is now waiting for the final decision from the Chelsea board and owners, who may make a new long-term coach appointment in May or June.
