Ajax manager Erik ten Hag has expressed concern over the injury sustained by Marcus Rashford during the Europa League quarter-final between Manchester United and Granada. Speaking to BT Sport after the match, Ten Hag blamed the tight schedule for the injury, stating that “you cannot play 3 games in 6 days.” He further emphasized the need to protect players and stated that they would have to wait for further updates on Rashford’s condition. The injury is a blow to Manchester United’s hopes of securing a Europa League title this season, as they face tough competition from other top European sides.
